Privacy policy

This policy explains what data the website verzo.pro (“Verzo”, “we”) collects, and how we use it, about site visitors and about clients who contact us through the site or messengers.

Who we are

Verzo is a small studio run from Finland. The data controller is the person who runs Verzo. Full contact details of the controller are available on request. For any question about your data, write to hello@verzo.pro.

What data we collect

Data you give us — your name, email, phone number, Telegram handle, the type of your business and the content of your message when you contact us. Messages sent through the form on the site are delivered to us through a Telegram bot.
The site check — when you use “Check your site”, we receive the site address you enter and look at that site’s public pages. If you ask for the full report, we store your email, that address and the date. They are kept with our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
Technical data — browser type, device, IP address, pages visited and time of visit, collected automatically by the hosting provider in its server logs.
Analytics — only if you accept it in the cookie choice: how you use the site, collected by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. See Analytics and cookies.

Why we use it

to answer your message and discuss your project;
to send you the site check report you asked for;
to do the work we agreed on and keep in touch about it;
to keep the site working and secure;
to understand how people use the site and improve it — only with your consent;
for newsletters or offers — only if you agreed to that separately.

Legal basis

We process data on the basis of your consent (when you write to us, fill in a form or accept analytics), the need to perform a contract (if you become a client), and our legitimate interest (keeping the site working and secure).

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Data may be processed by the services we use to run the site and to communicate: Cloudflare (hosting, the site check and the contact form), Telegram (messages and delivery of the contact form), our email provider, and — only with your consent — Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity). Each of them handles data under its own privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

The site remembers your colour theme and your cookie choice in your browser. These are needed for the site to work and are not used to track you.

If you click “Accept” in the cookie choice, the site also loads:

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) — counts visits and shows which pages are used. Cookies: _ga and _ga_*, kept up to 2 years. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) — records how pages are used: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and builds heatmaps from them. What you type into forms is hidden from the recordings. Cookies: _clck (up to 1 year) and _clsk (1 day). Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

If you click “Decline”, none of this loads. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

Messages and project correspondence are kept no longer than needed to answer your request or finish the project, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise (for example, for accounting).

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar data protection laws, you have the right to:

ask for access to your data;
have it corrected or deleted;
restrict or object to its processing;
have it transferred to another controller;
withdraw your consent at any time;
complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, change or loss. Still, no way of sending data over the internet is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our services change. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
